So I’m giving in to what my body is trying to tell me and trying to slow down a bit, which means for me getting more than 6 hours of sleep each night. I’ve been trying to take the kids to a lot of fun places since their summer break ends in 2 weeks, and I’ve also been planning a fun event with my friend Jules that I’ll soon share details on, because it involves Pinterest, mingling with other bloggers, food and drink. At a cute vintage shop here in Southern California.
I look forward to being back the middle of next week. Until then, stay cool and have a great few days while I’m gone!
Oh and p.s., that view above was from the Ritz Carlton Laguna Beach, taken last night. While I wish I was taking a break there, sadly I am not. I’ll just be at home, but hey, at least we have a pool and comfy lounge chairs! I did venture out last night for appetizers and drinks (grapefruit spritzer for me) for the Mom 2.0 mingler. I got to see some pretty awesome ladies and chat for a bit about blogging and the Mom 2.0 summit that will be held here in Laguna Beach next year.
