It’s almost midnight and if you read my post earlier today, you know my political stance and can probably guess how I’m feeling right about now. So excuse me if my mindset is not completely focused on fashion right now, but I’m feeling a little sad trombone. Tomorrow I will wake up, put on some rose colored glasses and have faith. And perhaps rewrite this post. But for now, I’m going to keep it short and sweet.
Striped dress, screams Spring, but add a blazer and some booties and you’ve instantly transitioned that Spring dress into Fall. Add tights when it’s not 80 degrees out in November (true story), and you have an even truer Fall look. Done and done. How would you transition this dress?
And can I just give a mention to my cute posie pin from The Pleated Poppy, that today functions as a gorg hair clip? Last week I wore them in an ombre cluster to prettify my jean jacket, and today I use it as a sassy hair clip. I love accessories that work hard and play double, even triple duty for you. Would you like to win a posie pin of your own, or something else from Lindsey’s shop? Enter below for a chance to win a $25 shop credit to The Pleated Poppy. I totally and completely depressed today, which sucks since I’m in the middle of vacation. Bleep.
Very very cute outfit!

I like the ruffled infinity scarf in heather gray so so cute!!
Adorable! and thanks for the chance at gift card. i have my eye on so many cute things over there!
I am sad with you today and really appreciate your honesty. We have to start putting a real face on Republican women instead of the allowing ourselves to be defined by the left. OK, I am done with the doom and gloom. Putting on my lipstick and cute outfit and taking on my day!
love the pleated poppy. and i love that dress on you
I would probably buy the black and mustard wristlet. I already have the matching sunglasses case and LOVE it!
I love this dress on you and the blazer just finishes off the look so well! As soon as the weather turns a little I go to blazer, tights, and boots with my spring dresses.

I love your dress! Visiting from WIWW.
It is totally reasonable that you are a sad panda after something you really wanted to happen, did not happen. I find it silly that you lost so many readers over proclaiming your political affiliation.
I’m Canadian, but if I were American I’d be a firm Democrat, and I still think that you’re cool.
Also, I love your big flowery pins. I wish I had the guts to pull those off!
