Anti-Inflammatory Power Mango Smoothie

- 1 heaping cup frozen mango
- 1 heaping cup fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 knuckle size knob each of fresh ginger and turmeric, peeled (use 1 tsp powdered turmeric if you can't find fresh)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 cup ice (use 2 cups ice if using fresh mango)
- Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender and blend till smooth
